Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, industry events), and engage with them to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Alignment: Analyze client requirements and identify the most appropriate ERP solution to meet their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate ERP solutions to key stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Relationship Building and Management: Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and contract signing.
- Sales Performance and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular sales reports.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest ERP solutions, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project delivery.
