Rapyder Cloud Solutions - Full Stack Engineer - Generative AI Development (6-8 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer with experience in Generative AI (GenAI) development. This is a fully remote role ideal for professionals who bring deep technical expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud ecosystems, along with a passion for cutting-edge GenAI solutions such as LLM fine-tuning, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack GenAI applications, integrating both frontend and backend components.

- Work on LLM-based features such as fine-tuning, function-calling, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and LLMOps.

- Build robust pipelines leveraging NLP and ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, NumPy, etc.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, high performance systems.

- Follow best practices in software development, including version control (Git), CI/CD, documentation, code reviews, and unit testing.

- Leverage cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure) to deploy and scale applications efficiently.

- Explore and implement advanced GenAI architectures, such as multi-agent systems or graph-based GenAI (e.g., GraphRAG).

- Continuously stay up to date with emerging GenAI trends, technologies, and tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, ML, data science, or AI.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and techniques.

- Strong proficiency in Python for both backend and ML development.

- Practical experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and NumPy.

- Experience implementing LLM capabilities like fine-tuning, LLMOps workflows, RAG, and function calling.

- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and graph-based GenAI approaches (e.g., GraphRAG).

- Proficiency in using version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining clear code documentation.

- Exposure to cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (or AWS, GCP).

- Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with a problem-solving mindset.
