Job Description
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce QA automation+JAva +selenium+ Lead experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA life cycle: test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle.
- Automate Salesforce UI and API tests for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom Lightning components and integrations.
- Embed tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), enabling in sprint automation and continuous execution.
- Manage manual and automated testing across functional, regression, performance, smoke, and integration test cycles.
- Define and track QA metrics & KPIs; report progress to stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior QA members; represent QA in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, stand ups, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins/devs on architecture, data models, Apex triggers, and integrations ensure best practices for Salesforce testing (Governor Limits, SOQL, security rules)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field plus 7 10 years QA experience, with 5+ years of Salesforce testing.
- Strong expertise in Java , Selenium WebDriver , TestNG / JUnit, Cucumber, Maven/Gradle.
- Experience in UI automation and API testing (RestAssured, SOAP UI).
- Knowledge of Salesforce core clouds and customizations Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, CPQ, Einstein Chatbots plus Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Developer).
- CI/CD integration experience and use of tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership and Agile methodology skills.
