Responsibilities:

- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.

- Manage the timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, while enhancing reporting systems for efficiency and accuracy.

- Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial and operational controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, managing the entire audit process, including preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries.

- Analyze financial performance and provides strategic insights and recommendations to improve overall financial health.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across the organization, while developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-8 years of experience

- 5 years experience in MIS, monthly closing and Reporting

- Strong Financial acumen and analytical skills

- Experience in book closing and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in financial software and systems

- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Good-to-Have Skills:

- ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle)

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in Process Improvement and automation

- Knowledge of industry-specific financial metrics and KPIs
