Youll work side-by-side with the Director, managing crucial technical, production, and operational insights, while also keeping things running smoothly at the plant and corporate level.

🔍 Key Responsibilities Include:
✅ Fluent in English & Hindi – Written & Verbal
✅ Coordinate with Plant Head, Operations Head, and key stakeholders
✅ Handle technical data from multiple departments and turn it into actionable insights
✅ Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports on fuel usage & production
✅ Read technical drawings and machinery specs confidently
✅ Maintain the Director’s calendar, meetings & travel
✅ Ensure document accuracy and organized filing (digital & physical)
✅ Uphold confidentiality and professional communication at all times
✅ Bring strong interpersonal, negotiation, and IT skills to the table

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA
📈 Experience: 3–12 years (minimum 5 years preferred)
🔧 Industry Background: Iron, Steel, or Power sector
📍 Work Location: Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh (On-site only)
