Job Description
rebootXP is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive - Sales Process
Specifications:
- Minimum 06 months - 1 year of work experience in sales process.
- Should have worked in a BPO sales setup and should possess in-depth knowledge of the
sales domain.
- Should be well versed in sales skills.
- Good spoken English & Hindi skills
- Added advantage for Kannada & Tamil speaking candidates
- UG & Graduate can apply, Graduation preferred
- Immediate Joiner
- Rotational day shifts
Responsibility:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product sales.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services and promotions.
- Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
