Job Description
Job Title: Quality Analyst BPO
Location:Sector - 18 Gurgaon
CTC: ₹3.2 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Reporting To: Quality Manager / Process Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit customer interactions (calls, chats, emails).
- Conduct call calibrations with internal and client teams.
- Use 7 QC tools for root cause analysis and quality improvements.
- Identify TNI (Training Needs Identification) and support training interventions.
- Provide feedback to agents and maintain quality dashboards.
Requirements:
- 1 years of QA experience in BPO.
- Strong in QC tools, call audit methods, and Excel reporting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Graduate in any stream;
