Reckitt Benckiser - North - Regional Finance Commercial Manager.
1. Customer Management:
- Co-ordination with customers across channels within the region ensuring seamless sales operation with business support initiatives to develop the business further.
- Collection and resolution of No-More Claims Certificate from the Customers on a half-yearly basis.
- Market Visits and take initiatives to manage market hygiene.
- Onboarding and Full and Final Settlement of channel partners as and when required
2. Audit Management:
- Appoint and co-ordinate third party audit firms to conduct market, stock and damage audit.
- Analyze the reports submitted by the auditors and initiate corrective actions.
3. Vendor Management:
- Co-ordination with vendors on procurement of goods and services required for daily region operations.
- Rate Negotiation with vendors, Agreements. Ensuring timely & accurately raising of POs
- Seamless Target formulation and Incentive Computation and disbursal as per construct across field force and channel partners.
- Monitoring of Town Wise performance on the sales performance and analyzing reasons for the same
along-with in depth understanding reasons for channel partner changeover.
- Monitoring region spends and highlighting deviations on various spends across spend heads like region fixed costs, incentives, travelling and other region expenses.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders like Sales team, Brand team, corporate accounts, taxation, Finance for daily routine activities.
- Ensuring vendor and customer account Hygiene - Open advances, Open GR's, No due certificate from
vendor, Monthly provisions, GST reconciliations
- Co-ordination with divisional team, Sales commercial team, brand team for on time dispatched collaterals, gifts and sharing MI
- Periodic MIS for the region to sales commercial hierarchy.
- Explore areas for efficiency and productivity improvement in all processes
