Key Responsibilities :

1. AI/ML Model Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models using Python and relevant frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Implement deep learning architectures and algorithms for various applications, including image recognition, speech processing, and predictive analytics.

2. Natural Language Processing (NLP) :

- Develop and fine-tune NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language generation tasks.

- Leverage state-of-the-art NLP techniques and tools to improve language understanding and generation capabilities.

3. Generative AI (GenAI) :

- Create and optimize Generative AI models for tasks such as content creation, data augmentation, and synthetic data generation.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and integrate them into our solutions where applicable.

4. Data Handling and Analysis :

- Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation.

- Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance.

5. Collaboration and Communication :

- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders, including teams from the UK, Europe, and the US, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on Python.

- Proven expertise in developing and deploying machine learning models, including experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Demonstrated proficiency in NLP techniques and tools, with practical experience in model training and fine-tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and their applications.
