Marketing Manager

Purpose of the job

Effectively manage and lead the Marketing function primarily for OEMs associated with Redington who are into Software products and other Service products.

Role & responsibilities

• Digital Marketing: Utilize advanced digital marketing tools and platforms to create visibility and to do demand generation for products and solutions
• Event Management: Plan and manage small and large-scale events, especially concept based, CXO summits and influencers connect.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand market landscape and opportunities and to inform marketing tactics.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets and conduct cost analysis and to keep track of data for internal and external audit.
• Social Media: Enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience through organic and paid Ads.
• Project Management: Oversee projects involving multiple departments and large teams.
• Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Performance Tracking: Identify, track, and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and client expectations.
• Technology & Distribution: Provide insights for marketing technology solutions and leverage experience in distribution or channel marketing.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive business growth

Key Requirements

• Engineering Graduate preferred else should be a Science Graduate
• Should be currently into Marketing of IT products, especially Software
• Candidates working in a similar profile for a large IT Reseller can be looked at also. Candidate should ideally be from Chennai or from a neighbouring city or state looking to re-locate to Chennai
• Should have good communication skills in English and capable of interacting with Clients (OEMs)
• Should be excel savvy and a technology lover someone who has a natural love for things technology and be conversant/willing to adapt to MarTech.
• Willing to undertake Travel as and when required.
