Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Manager/Area Manager to join our dynamic team at Reise Moto for the Tamil Nadu region (Chennai/Coimbatore).

In this role, you will drive process excellence within our distributor model, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings.

- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in any discipline.

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change
