Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join our organization in the broking industry
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the broking industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in building and managing client relationships
Key Responsibilities
1. Client acquisition with building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.
3. Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients investment goals and recommending suitable investment products or services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as Research and Operations, to ensure smooth execution of client requests and transactions.
5. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing client portfolios and acquire new clients to achieve sales targets.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients and provide relevant recommendations.
7. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews to discuss investment performance, market updates, and new investment opportunities.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Continuously engage in networking activities to expand professional contacts within the industry and generate new business leads.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies, materials, and campaigns to attract new clients and promote the companys services.
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or business development within the broking industry.
3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and broking operations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Ability to understand and analyze complex financial data to provide suitable investment recommendations.
7. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals and resolve client concerns.
8. Proficient in using CRM systems and other software applications used in the broking industry.
9. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client records and compliance with regulations
