Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Supporting all Jio-bp CVPs / Tracks / Businesses / Formats with their Communication requirements basis CVP shared by the respective businesses / formats
• Developing and Executing Annual Communication Plan / Calendar, including communication for new OTP Ros
• Formulation & deployment of Hero, Hub, Hygiene level campaigns
• Developing AV Material and Aids for Brand Communication
• Developing Communication Campaign (Thematic, Schematic, and Awareness. Leveraging / Strengthening the CVP) & BTL plans for state teams to implement
• Designing & development of campaign & supporting internal and field teams within pre-defined TAT
• Mainline Agency, Design Studio, Media Planning and Buying agency & other BTL agency evaluation and on-boarding
• Engaging with media agency for planning, evaluation and execution of campaign through optimised and effective media strategy
• Supporting execution of communication with BTL engagement across the retail network through national/regional and local agencies
• Engage with research lead to develop & execute pre/post comms eval studies, brand track, and other research for effective communication
• Ensure Comms Success Matrix are met along with ROI driven cost effectiveness of marketing programs through efficient communication initiatives

Education Requirement

• MBA (Marketing) / Post Graduation in Marketing / Brand / Mass Communication

Experience Requirement

• Min. 12 years experience in Brand and Communication (Advertising / Mass Communication) with a previous track record of planning and implementing brand / communication campaigns at Pan India level across on-ground, on-air and on-line mediums.
• Experience in manging full service advertising agencies and on-site design studio.
• Experience in role of both team leader and an individual contributor to the organisation

Skills & Competencies

• MBA (Marketing) / Post Graduation in Marketing / Brand / Mass Communication
• Familiarity to software like Corel Draw, Photoshop, AI, etc.
• Team management / Liaison with external agencies direct and indirect and maturity in handling cross functional relations
• Good Interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to see through problem areas for a solution which is effective and efficient
