About Us
Reliance BP Mobility Limited is a Joint Venture (JV) between Reliance Petroleum and British Petroleum (51:49) partnership. The organization is looking at developing dealer development network across the country to becoming a leading fuel supplier. It will be one of its kind one stop solution for consumers across the gamut covering institutions and end consumers equally addressing the needs for High-Speed Diesel, Petrol, Auto LPG, Lubricants, Aviation Fuel, Packed LPG catering to different segments ranging from two wheelers to aero planes & farm equipment to heavy engineering vehicles. Also stepping into emerging business-like Electric Mobility Solutions and Freight Aggregation.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales and operations for Petro- Retail businesses
  • Responsible for the profitable operation of Plaza at company flagship retail outlets through Minimum Franchise Fee (MFF) model.
  • Responsible for established norms for customer service/ retention.
  • Responsible for obtaining competitor sales / other marketing intelligence data in pursuance of better business opportunities for all inline business verticals.
  • Conduct field visits and trading area surveys; identify potential sites for setting up new retail outlets.
  • Responsible for collection, remittance and re-conciliation of cash collected at Company owned outlets by operators
  • In time communication of all SOPs and their updates to channel partners and RO staff.
  • To carry out all types of RO/Plaza audits as per the frequency notified in the guidelines
  • To clarify all doubts on SOPs and their updates from the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at Head office.
  • Achieve sales targets in a highly competitive environment.

Note: From a safety perspective we request all ASR s must have a Four-Wheeler, as this is a field job and lot of travel involved.
