With the vision to become a solution provider of choice for mobility in India, the joint venture leverages Reliances presence across 21 states and its millions of consumers through the Jio digital platform. bp brings its extensive global experience in high-quality differentiated fuels, lubricants, retail, and advanced low carbon mobility solutions.
Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities - Continuously assess market potential for expansion or new business opportunities
- Source and onboard appropriate locations in prioritized cities
- Create and negotiate on-ground commercial agreements
- Execute agreements and related documentation
- Handover site to project team (HOTO)
- Conduct mandatory health, safety, and maintenance checks in the cluster and report issues or concerns
- Visit potential sites, share feedback, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for setting up new sites
The City Business Development Manager is responsible for visiting potential sites, analyzing site feasibility, and providing inputs to the business team. The role also involves identifying and onboarding real estate options for the electric mobility business.
Education Requirement - B.E / BTech / MBA / PGDM Full Time
- 5 years of experience required
- Knowledge of the real estate business
- Experienced in negotiations
- Willingness to travel
- Real Estate EV
