Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete cycle of demand acquisition and revenue generation for a set of customers in defined industry segments
- Market combing identify, engage, and convert new shipment opportunities from MSME shippers and increase wallet share with existing customers
- Drive revenues and grow market share as per targets assigned for specific micro-markets in the cluster
- Coordinate with clients and supply team for transportation of shipments
- Ensure proper documentation for onboarding shippers
- Build strategies to increase trips, yield, and repeat shipments from existing customers, ensuring less than 5% dormant accounts
- Generate market intelligence for the assigned area
- Responsible for sales outstanding collections and sales recovery
- A Go-Getter: Highly driven individual who goes the extra mile to define the strategic direction of the business
- Analytical and a Problem Solver: Critical thinker and effective problem solver
- Ownership: Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability
- Adaptable: Able to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with constantly changing requirements
- A Technology Geek: Passionate about technology and always looking for better ways to build solutions

- Graduation or Post-Graduation (MBA) with 2 4 years of experience in sales
- Good understanding of how the freight market and relationships between truckers, shippers, and brokers work
- Experience with an existing digital freight aggregation platform is preferred
- Willingness to travel
