Reporting To : Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) / Group CIO

We are seeking a visionary and battle-tested cybersecurity leader to join us as Vice President - Cybersecurity (Risk & Compliance). In this role, you will architect and execute a robust security strategy that spans 60+ countries, ensuring world-class protection of digital assets, regulatory adherence, and risk governance across the enterprise.

As a trusted security authority, you will lead transformative initiatives across hybrid cloud environments, safeguard against evolving cyber threats, and fortify our privacy and compliance posture in one of the worlds most complex and dynamic business ecosystems.

What Youll Lead :

- Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance :

- Define and drive a global cybersecurity and risk management roadmap.

- Establish enterprise-wide security governance frameworks aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.

Risk & Compliance Oversight :

- Lead end-to-end technical risk assessments - vulnerability scans, threat modeling, red/blue team ops.

- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and other regulatory frameworks across geographies.

Cloud & Enterprise Architecture Security :

- Champion secure-by-design principles across cloud-native (Azure preferred) and on-prem environments.

- Guide secure architecture decisions for core technology, applications, and infrastructure.

Privacy & Data Protection :

- Own the global privacy compliance agenda, leading cross-border data governance and impact assessments.

- Collaborate with Legal, Audit, and DPO teams to manage emerging privacy risks.

Leadership & Executive Influence :

- Mentor high-performing cybersecurity teams across regions; embed a culture of proactive risk management.

- Serve as the primary security advisor to executive leadership, board committees, and external regulators.

Who You Are :

- 18 - 22 years in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles.

- Proven success managing global information security programs in BFSI, technology, or telecom sectors.

- Mastery in risk & compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.) and security architecture.

- Strong expertise in cloud security (Azure preferred), VAPT, application security, and data privacy.

- Global mindset with experience navigating complex, regulated, multi-national environments.

Certifications That Set You Apart :

- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or equivalent.
