Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Caller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, explaining our services, and setting up qualified appointments for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects (clinics, home health agencies, behavioral health providers, etc.) from provided databases or generated leads.
Introduce and explain the companys medical billing services to potential clients in the US market.
Understand client needs and pain points related to revenue cycle management.
Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales or business development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM.
Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with outbound efforts.
Gather market intelligence and feedback from prospects for service improvement.
