Hse Specialist

Job Title: HSE Position
Location: ONGC Linch, Gujarat
Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)

Company Overview:

We are currently hiring for an urgent requirement at the ONGC Linch location in Gujarat. This role is critical in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance at site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Maintain and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all documentation related to HSE is up to date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with site management and client HSE representatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment techniques, and incident investigation.
• Certification in HSE (such as NEBOSH/IOSH) is desirable.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
