Role: Finance Professional Accounting & Compliance

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting, compliance, and finance operations within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Finalization of accounts and support in statutory and tax audits

- Monthly closing of books with accuracy and timeliness

- Ensure statutory compliance including Tax Audit, Internal Controls, and IFC

- Manage internal audits and secretarial compliance processes

- Oversee accounts receivable, credit control, and payables

- Lead finance process automation initiatives using AI-driven solutions

- GST reconciliation, return filing, and verification of statutory payments (Advance Tax, TDS, GST, etc.)

- Work hands-on with SAP (12 years of SAP experience required)

Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 3-7 years of experience in a finance role (experience in the manufacturing sector is a strong plus)

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis

- Strong time management, communication, and leadership skills

- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
