Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to offer assistance and guidance regarding academic programs and admission criteria
- Provide information on courses, fees, and scholarships available to interested individuals
- Assess the needs and requirements of prospective students to offer personalized guidance and support
- Keep accurate records of all telephonic interactions and document relevant details
- Assist in scheduling appointments for interested individuals to visit the campus for further information
- Follow up with potential students to provide additional information and address any queries they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient communication process
- Conduct market research to identify potential target groups and areas for recruitment
- Stay updated with the latest information on academic programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies
- Meet individual and team targets for student enrolment and conversion
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or Communication
- Prior experience in tele-counselling, telemarketing, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate information and connect with individuals over the phone
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software or Tele-calling systems
- Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of educational programs and admission processes
