Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our national sales function. This role is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, expanding our customer base, and accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise sales, account management, and strategic partnerships within the financial services or fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall sales strategy, structure, and execution for RuGr across regions.

- Drive new business development initiatives and grow key enterprise accounts.

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including regional and account teams.

- Define and implement effective sales processes, KPIs, and pipeline forecasting models.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams to align on growth goals and customer needs.

- Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive trends to shape RuGr's market positioning.

- Cultivate senior-level relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders.

- Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining focus on long-term strategic growth.

Required Qualifications:

- 12+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record in driving multi-channel B2B sales, enterprise partnerships, and revenue growth.

- Strong expertise in sales operations, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Experience in fintech, banking-as-a-service, digital lending, or related financial sectors is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's/Masters' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
