The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, mastery of design and video editing tools, and a deep understanding of branding in a fast-paced, client-focused industry.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual assets for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, including brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, and property videos.

* Design and produce engaging video content including property walkthroughs, promotional reels, and brand campaigns.

* Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all marketing and communication materials.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and property management teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.

* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting high standards and strict deadlines.

* Stay informed on current design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and competitive.

### *Required Qualifications:*

* Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

* A minimum of *3 years of professional experience* in graphic design, preferably within the real estate, architecture, or property marketing industries.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, and other industry-standard design tools.

* Demonstrated expertise in *video editing* and motion graphics production.

* A strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work, including multimedia and video content.

* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
