Front Desk Manager

SR Public Sr Sec School is looking for Front Desk Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating their performance Greet guests and visitors and provide exceptional customer service Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries Manage reservations and bookings, and ensure that guest information is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and resolved in a timely manner Manage inventory and supplies for the front desk area Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front desk staff Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally Provide reports and updates to management on the performance of the front desk staff and operations. Strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and manage a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
