Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Figma, Canva & Photoshop, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually compelling content.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design:
- Design and develop creative graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements & website content.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing & HR team to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Tools:
- Design presentation and marketing collaterals efficiently using Canva & Figma.
- Utilize Photoshop for image editing, retouching, and creating high-quality deliverables.
Creative Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools and techniques.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects and campaigns.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in any field
- Certification in Graphic design, Visual arts, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Proven Track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of creative projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva and Adobe photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, Color theory, typography, and layout.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects & Corel Draw ( A PLUS POINT)
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
