About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our manufacturing unit in Vasai. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of our factory infrastructure, equipment, and utilities, while upholding safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the day-to-day maintenance activities at the facility.
  
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and utilities.
  
• Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
  
• Manage a team of maintenance staff and oversee external contractors or service vendors.
  
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, inspections, breakdowns, and repair work.
  
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility.
  
• Monitor and manage electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and operational readiness of all factory areas.
  
• Coordinate with production and admin teams for timely facility support.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision, preferably in a factory/manufacturing environment.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
  
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with safety standards, compliance regulations, and routine audits.
  
• Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Excel and maintenance software (preferred).
