- Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain accurate site reports including daily progress, material usage, labor attendance, and incident records.
- Ensure availability and proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment on site.
- Identify potential issues early and proactively resolve them to avoid project delays.
- Conduct regular site meetings, safety briefings, and quality checks.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Track material inventory and coordinate timely procurement with the project team.
- Support the project manager with scheduling, planning, and reporting tasks.
