Senior Manager Recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates across various business functions.

- Partner with senior leadership to understand talent requirements, business needs, and organizational goals.

- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring needs.

- Lead recruitment for senior and mid-level roles by sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and headhunting.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate qualifications.

- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives and external partnerships with job boards, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and critical role status.

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent acquisition and workforce planning matters.

- Design and implement effective candidate evaluation techniques, ensuring both technical competency and cultural fit.

- Utilize psychometric tests, structured interviews, and skill-based assessments in the recruitment process.

- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience for selected candidates.

- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring decisions.

- Use data insights to refine recruitment processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment practices.

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, especially around diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and competitor practices to keep the talent acquisition strategy competitive.
