Finance Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Managing and overlooking complete independently Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) accounting and helping to operational account.
• Handling Statutory Audit, Statutory Compliance TDS, Customs, Income Tax, GST Compliance for that specific EPC entity/unit
• Liaison with Banking Authorities, Auditors, tax other consultants.
• Prepare of Month wise cash flow & budget.
• Bills checking with tenders / work orders / Purchase orders.
• Reconciliation of Various banks, accounts, Ledger scrutiny.
• Verification of assets and making Fixed Assets Register (FAR)
• Checking and processing various payments to vendors and sub-contractors considering tax aspects and purchase/work order conditions.
• On Closing of Books of accounts, Coordination with Statutory Auditors, and Internal Auditors. Ensuring proper compliances are done for GST, TDS
• Preparations of MIS Reports as well as Cash Flow Statement & Stock Statement on Monthly Basis.
• Quarterly/Yearly inter unit reconciliation as well as Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.
• Analysis & Data Preparation & presentation of various information as per management requirement.
• Monthly Closure of Books in SAP.
• Monthly Report – P&L, Capex , Cash Flow Projection , Debtors/Creditors outstanding

Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant

Experiences:-

• 2 years of post qualification experience
• Articleship in in statutory audit in Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY);
• Involved in audits of large scale companies, preferably in infra or manufacturing set up. Or have worked in of big manufacturing or infra companies, in Accounts function.
• Good in Excel
