Job Description:

The Human Resource person is responsible for doing the needful to look for suitable employees, induction and orientation of employee, employee motivation- recognition and reward, event to motivate employees- team building activities, grievances handing, Implementation of actions to improve employee satisfaction & motivation

Essential Functions:

1. Responsibility for arranging interviews for suitable prospects for the organization based on Job profile issued by Departments. You may also be required to contribute to space planning.
2. Key responsibility is the personal and professional development of the organizations personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
3. Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counseling is an important area of work for the HR personnel and involvement in the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees.
4. Ensure compliance to the government statutory rules & regulations with respect to employment.
5. Maintain employees attendance, leave records for salary disbursement, full and final settlements, issuing notices, MEMOs etc.
6. To identify and update management on effective planning and various employment methods with respect statutory rules & regulations.
7. HR policy development and documentation in line with the companys corporate vision.
8. Should involve in performance management working closely with senior management within the organization.
9. Communication with the whole company is generally generated by the Human Resources department, will be a key member of any decision-making process regarding employee communication and the originator of any content sent to employees.
10. Develop & implement methodology for evaluation of performance, performance feedback, performance-based incentives of employees in coordination with respective departments
