Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer at Uncap, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and design minimalism, with experience in beauty, wellness, or D2C communication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create clean, premium, and engaging graphics for digital (social media, ads) and print (packaging, brochures, presentations)
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to craft compelling visual narratives aligned with our brand values
• Maintain consistency and quality of design in line with our science-backed, minimalist ethos
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices relevant to skincare, wellness, and lifestyle sectors
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in skincare, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or D2C brands
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling and design minimalism
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience working on both digital and print media
• Comfortable collaborating closely with marketing and content teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
