We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of real estate projects, from inception to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budgets.

Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule, in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Budgeting and Cost Managemen t: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including design development, procurement, construction, and post-construction phases.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Schedule Management
: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and implement strategies to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus.
Multi storey commercial and residential work experience for contractors will be preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of real estate project management principles, processes, and best practices. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.
