Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Preferable Hotel project construction, minimum one project completed of 70 rmt heights.

Prepare project feasibility reports, Preparing estimate, costing & budgeting report of project,

Detail understanding of Architect, structure & MEP drawings.

Coordination with all consultants, PMC & vendor.

Leadership to lead project with project time line & monitor quality of construction activities as per standard norms.

Controlling & Monitoring construction cost as per project budget.

Vendor management, Rate analysis, Bill checking.

Time to time reviewing project progress, marking if any gap in construction process & fulfilling requirement for filling that gap.
