Skills/Qualification

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years leading teams
• Expertise in languages like Python, JavaScript, or MERN Stack or .Net Framework
• Strong knowledge of cloud, DevOps, and software architecture
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Cybersecurity and compliance know-how
• Project management certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster)
• Machine learning familiarity
• Good Communication Skills in English
