Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist cum Personal Assistant to the CEO

Location: NSP, Pitampura
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer


Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and presentable Receptionist cum Personal Assistant to support our CEO and manage front-office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be capable of handling executive-level administrative responsibilities with confidentiality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  • Manage the front desk: handle phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.

Personal Assistance to CEO

  • Manage CEOs calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes if required.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on behalf of the CEO.

Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate vendor services.
  • Help with event planning, office functions, and business meetings.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases accurately and securely.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and communications.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and project timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership/executives.
  • Familiarity with office management tools and scheduling software.
  • Polite, proactive, and presentable demeanor.

Salary: As per industry standards
Working Hours: Mon to Fri : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days.
