Position : SAP ABAP Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations and a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality SAP solutions, working closely with functional teams and clients to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEF) as per functional specifications.

- Participate actively in all phases of end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.

- Develop and optimize ABAP programs on SAP HANA, leveraging advanced ABAP techniques like AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) and CDS (Core Data Services) views.

- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ABAP programs.

- Adhere to best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, particularly in the S/4HANA landscape.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant.

- Education : B. Tech./BE/MCA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

- Certification : SAP S/4HANA certification in the relevant module OR at least 1 year of hands-on experience on the SAP S/4HANA platform.

- Implementation Experience : Minimum of 1 end-to-end SAP implementation project experience.

Technical Skills :

- Core ABAP : Extensive hands-on experience with ABAP RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow).

- ABAP on HANA :

- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ABAP on HANA concepts, including :

- ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP)

- Core Data Services (CDS) views

S/4HANA Expertise (Preferred) :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA upgrades or migration projects.

- Understanding of the S/4HANA data model and simplified architecture.

Additional Skills (Highly Desired) :

- SAP Fiori development (UI5, Gateway services)

- OData services creation and consumption

- Webdynpro ABAP

- SAP Workflow development

- Webservices (SOAP/REST) integration
