We are looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to own and drive our people strategy as we scale. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, building high performance teams, and ensuring a seamless HR experience across multiple geographies (UAE, India, UK, and KSA). This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, startup environments and is excited to co-create the future of work at Sav.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across tech, product, marketing, compliance, and customer success teams.
- Design efficient hiring processes and employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage a smooth onboarding experience to set new hires up for success.
People Operations
- Maintain and improve core HR systems (contracts, policies, leave, payroll coordination)
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws across UAE, India, and KSA (once launched).
- Set up HRIS and drive automation of routine HR processes.
Performance & Culture
- Build performance management frameworks that align with Savs OKRs and flat hierarchy.
- Champion a culture of feedback, continuous learning, and high ownership.
- Facilitate training and development programs to upskill and grow our team.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Implement initiatives that enhance team morale, productivity, and well-being.
- Plan remote-friendly team-building activities and cross-functional rituals.
- Handle employee queries, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
Strategic HR Projects
- Support workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and org design.
- Design and manage scalable HR frameworks as the company grows from 20 to 35+.
- Play a key role in expansion to Saudi Arabia hiring, compliance, and policy localization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in high-growth tech or fintech startups.
- Experience managing cross-border teams (especially in the UAE, India, or KSA).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR tools, and best practices.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with flat structures.
