Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical SAP Financial Business Analyst with over 10 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, combined with practical experience in SAP FI-CO and a working knowledge of SAP SD and MM. You'll be instrumental in driving financial process improvements, leading SAP project implementations, and effectively translating business needs into technical solutions. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Financial Process Improvement : Drive and implement enhancements to financial processes, leveraging SAP capabilities to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness.

- SAP Project Implementation : Lead and participate in SAP project implementations, focusing on the financial modules (FI-CO) and ensuring successful deployment.

- SAP Module Expertise : Apply strong practical experience in SAP FI-CO, complemented by a working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management), to provide integrated solutions.

- Requirements Translation : Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, particularly in finance and accounting, and translate them into functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions.

- Accounting Knowledge : Apply strong accounting knowledge, including expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to configure and optimize SAP functionalities.

- Problem-Solving & Solutioning : Proactively identify challenges and inefficiencies, then design and propose effective SAP-based solutions.

- Stakeholder Communication : Communicate and interact effectively at various levels within the organization, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams.

- Task Management : Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing business priorities and urgencies.

- IT Systems Management : Exhibit the ability to manage and support IT systems related to SAP finance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP, with a strong focus on financial modules.

- SAP Core Modules : Good (practical) experience in SAP FI-CO, along with working knowledge of SAP SD and MM.

- Financial Background : Strong financial background, either through formal studies (e.g., Accounting, Finance) or significant work experience in finance/accounting roles.

- Accounting Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of core accounting principles, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to diagnose business challenges and define optimal SAP solutions.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various organizational levels.

- Problem Solver : Proven ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems.

- Project Implementation : Demonstrated experience in implementing financial process improvements and participating in SAP project implementations.
