Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Manager will oversee and manage relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the real estate sector. The role involves coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide a seamless customer experience, managing client communications, and resolving any issues that arise.Job Responsibility:
- Managing Collection process.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Informing outstanding dues to clients for their units and receiving payments.
- Relevant experience in CRM Operations.
- MIS preparation related to possession.
Required Candidate profile:
- Real estate experience.
- Good communication & computer skills.
- willingness to learn & Adaptability.
- Excellent Mails, Letters Drafting Skills & MS Excel.
Salary Range - Best in the industry.
Experience: -Min 05-10 yrs. in Residential and Commercial
Location Greater Noida West
Qualification: Graduate / Master
