Role & responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) and industrial safety.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce company policies on safety procedures, protocols, and standards.
• Provide training sessions for employees on fire safety, work permit systems, PPE usage, and other relevant topics.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement effective safety policies, procedures, and programs for the organization.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training on industrial safety, fire safety, work permit systems, and other relevant topics to employees.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies for high-rise building construction projects.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation related to EHS (Environmental Health & Safety).
