Design of steel structures, by technical calculation and kinematic calculation.
Development of 3D models, Drafting in Solid Edge.

Must Have Skills:

• Design of steel structures like Base frames, Main Structure, Concrete equipment
• Calculations of load bearing steel structure members.
• Steel Material knowledge.
• 3D modelling and drafting in Solid Edge
• Design of weld structure and pin connections.
• Resolving fields failures and manufacturing issues.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Manufacturing process knowledge.
• GD&T exposure for making drawings and stack up tolerance calculations.
• Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop floor and Testing.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Calculations for the design of load bearing steel structures.
• Design of weld connections.
• Initiation, definition and monitoring of tests and measurements
• Design calculation as per Indian & European standards
• Selection of materials & OEM parts.
• Preparation of 3D models and release of drawing for manufacturing
• Technical clarification to internal customers, vendors & suppliers.
• Resolving fields failures
• Co-ordination for Proto Assembly at shop-floor and Testing.
