Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - JMeter/Selenium (5-7 yrs)

Position : Senior QA ( Automation ).

Experience : 5+ Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.

- Perform various types of testing : functional, integration, regression, and performance.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

- Conduct API testing using Postman.

- Perform performance testing using tools such as JMeter, k6, or similar.

- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

- Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and automation frameworks.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers and fellow QA engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.

- Hands-on experience in writing automated tests using Playwright with [TypeScript/JavaScript preferred].

- Working knowledge of Node.js environment and npm.

- Exposure to other automation tools like Selenium and Cypress is a plus.

- Proficiency in API testing using Postman.

- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira for test and defect management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
