Software Engineer - CIAM

Role & responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support CIAM solutions using Strivacity.
• Develop custom identity workflows: user registration, login, multi-factor authentication
• (MFA), passwordless, consent management, and progressive profiling.
• Integrate CIAM platforms with web/mobile applications using SDKs and REST APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
• Work closely with product, security, and DevOps teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Troubleshoot CIAM platform issues and contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for identity platform deployments and configurations.
• Maintaining clear and detailed documentation for CIAM processes, policies, and technical configurations.
• Guiding junior team members and fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• 26 years of experience in IAM (Access Management) with at least 1 year in CIAM domain.
• Hands-on experience with Strivacity /PingOne for Customers, or similar platforms (Okta, CIAM, Auth0, ForgeRock).
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Proficiency with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, JWT, SCIM, RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and security best practices.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts as per the project requirements.
