Role & responsibilities

• As Cluster Head, you will oversee the sales team and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded by the team collectively by guiding & mentoring them.
• You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• You will also monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives & to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage and lead the Sales Team, providing guidance, coaching & support to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals align with overall business objectives.
• Analyse sales data and provide insights to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team, develop and manage sales budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-20 years experience in real estate sales
• Masters in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Proven sales leader with a strong track record
• Skilled in team leadership, strategy, and execution
• Tech-savvy with expertise in brand, market insights, and budgeting
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and high EQ
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Self-starter with sound judgment and high integrity
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Adaptive, collaborative, and growth-focused with an ownership mindset
