Job Title: Head - Sales Engineer
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Delhi, Patparganj Industrial Area
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range:- 30k-40k

Location should be near to the office approx 10-12 km

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Lithium-ion batteries. The successful applicant will take charge of addressing client inquiries, offering technical expertise, and demonstrating the application of new products and associated services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to understanding client needs, delivering technical presentations, formulating sales proposals, and ultimately converting opportunities into sales.
- Manage all aspects of B2B sales, including devising marketing strategies and executing them within the organization.
- Engage in contract negotiation, including setting terms and conditions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the company.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate and conduct sales visits.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Preferable experience in team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in presentation and data analysis, adept with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly, actively listen to client feedback, and adapt accordingly.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
