Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
- Dealer / Distributor Management
- Revenue Generation
- Influencer Management, Engagement of Plumbers / Contractors
- Dealers / Distributors visit
- Loyalty Program Management
- Implementing Sales Strategy
- Retail and Projects Sales
- Achieving predefined sales targets, year on year growth and targets
- Generating primary and secondary sales orders in their assigned territory
- Communicating and interacting with various dealers regarding product portfolio, features of products and schemes to trade partners and influencers
- Coordination with depot regarding fulfilment of sales orders and coordination with dealers for billing, invoicing and follow up for payments
- Identifying possible new dealers and converting them into customers
Preferred candidate profile -
Experience in working with Building Materials industries like Bath Ware, Sanitary Ware, Paints, Cement, Tiles, Plywood etc.
