Job Description :

What you get to do in this role :

- Hiring and onboarding a new scrum team with the focus on Gen Ai and Agentic AI deliverables.

- Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.

- Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.

- Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite.

- Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have :

- 9 11+ overall exp. and 3+years of experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions.

- Proven experience in developing highly scalable enterprise applications.

- Proven experience in developing AI-driven enterprise features.

- Strong working experience with JavaScript (server side) is required.

- Working experience developing applications with Relational Databases (MySQL, MariaDB etc).

- Working experience with LLMs and prompt engineering is a big plus.

- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
