Job Description
- Must have knowledge in programming of any drawing.
- Should have knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, and Haas controllers.
- Should have Cutting Tool knowledge as per Material.
- Must be able to handle tooling and programming for VMC/CNC Machines.
- Must have knowledge of 2D 3D programming, 4th axis machining, and thread milling.
- Must have good knowledge of tooling of VMC/CNC.
- Verified machine setting and program control data for accuracy.
- Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut.
- Daily work management like action plan monitoring, rework, and rejection.
- Support company production requirements at all times.
- Must have good knowledge in designing jigs and fixtures.
- Must know engineering drawing.
- Must know work set-off and tool set-off well.
- Should have excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
