- Programming Knowledge about CNC VMC Machines.
- Maintain Documents and Records to satisfy requirements.
- Conducting process improvement for smooth operation increases productivity.
- Managing line balancing with help of Take Time, and Cycle Time.
- Insert and tool cost reduction.
- Ensuring tooling, consumables availability as per production plan on station with consumption/Tool life history card records.
- Knowledge of instruments, gauges, and calibration.
- Start operation after verifying machine setting, Tools, fixtures, last part produce dimension reports.
- To ensuring production plan Vs. Actual is meeting the targeted level.
- Responsible for reducing the cycle time.
- To conduct on the Job training to operators.
- To collect data and provide information to management related to Measure of Performance.
- Drawing Interpretations.
- Judgement Decision Making.
- Leadership People Management.
- Production Execution.
- Knowledge in Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Minimum Experience Required 07 to 12 Years
