- Shayne Consultants is looking for CAD Operator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- you will play a crucial role in creating detailed technical drawings and plans using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Working closely with engineering and design teams, you will transform concepts and specifications into accurate and precise drawings
- This position requires a keen eye for detail and proficiency in CAD software
- Key Responsibilities:Drafting and Design:Create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software
- Interpret sketches, specifications, and other information to produce technical drawings
- Collaboration:Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements
- Revise drawings based on feedback and markups from project stakeholders
- Documentation:Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and documentation
- Ensure that drawings adhere to company standards and industry regulations
- Quality Control:Review drawings for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with design specifications
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communication:Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and timelines
- Provide updates on progress and report any issues or challenges
- Modification and Revisions:Assist in the modification and revision of existing drawings as needed
- Implement changes based on project updates and design alterations
- File Management:Organize and manage CAD files and drawings in a systematic manner
- Maintain a version control system for drawings
